Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the Yoola platform (website, mobile app, or any related service), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age to use Yoola. By using the platform, you confirm that you meet this requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.
User Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. Notify us immediately at support@yoola.com if you suspect any unauthorised use.
Orders and Payments
- All orders are subject to availability and confirmation from the restaurant or courier.
- Prices displayed are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
- Payment must be made at the time of placing the order via the available payment methods.
- Yoola reserves the right to cancel any order at its discretion and will provide a full refund in such cases.
Delivery
Estimated delivery times are provided as a guide only and may vary due to traffic, weather, or restaurant preparation times. Yoola is not liable for delays beyond its reasonable control.
Cancellations and Refunds
You may cancel an order before it has been accepted by the restaurant. Once accepted, cancellation may not be possible. Refunds for valid cancellations or incorrect orders will be processed within 5–7 business days.
Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to:
- Use the platform for any unlawful purpose
- Submit false or misleading information
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems
- Harass or abuse restaurant partners, drivers, or support staff
Intellectual Property
All content on the Yoola platform, including logos, graphics, and text, is the property of Yoola or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce or distribute any content without prior written consent.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Yoola shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform or inability to access it.
Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Yoola operates. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration or the courts of that jurisdiction.
Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
